This is achieved through the employment of external Health & Safety Consultants and associated professionals providing Healthcare Insurance and 24/7 Wellbeing advice and help.

Projects/contracts undertaken by Paktronic often have external influences and it is therefore an important part of our service to ensure that effective communication channels are established between all relevant parties.

The customer is King and so Paktronic will endeavour to achieve all agreed targets through collaborative working practices. Every customer will receive the highest level of service through a dedicated single point of contact.

Technical Competence & Continuous Improvement

Paktronic prides itself in maintaining staff certification/approval for the undertaking of work defined within their role. All staff carry certification to meet the latest level of qualification required by law.

The technical competence of Paktronic’s workforce can be simply measured by the 60 years of successful operation and the high level of repeat business from many customers, some with a track record of over 20 years.

In order to keep abreast of the ever-changing legislation relevant to Paktronic’s specialist services, staff at all levels are encouraged to take on additional training courses at the company’s expense, resulting in a strong foundation of multi-disciplined engineers.    

Quality Workmanship

Every service provided and product manufactured meets the highest quality standards. Regardless of the customer’s requirement or the value of the project Paktronic have only one standard of workmanship, and that is the “HIGHEST” – second-to-none.

Quality starts on the first day of engagement with the customer, Paktronic will look, listen and learn to ensure the requirement is fully understood. Advise or recommendations may be conveyed that could reduce customer costs or timescales.

Following design approval, the manufacturing process commences and regular progress reports/meetings will allow the customer to monitor the project and visit Paktronic for a hands-on inspection at a convenient point in the programme.

Paktronic have always put quality ahead of cost and it has been said that other similar service providers may offer cheaper services and products. This may be the case, however it is doubtful if cheaper products benefit from structurally sound enclosures welded and individually inspected prior to paint spray as required by our in-house Quality Procedures. Furthermore, unless otherwise specified Paktronic will only assemble Control Panels with components of reputable manufacturers that are reliable and time proven.  

Moreover, will a cheaper product be fully operational and fault-free in 20 years from now.
