Design

Our team of engineers are experienced in a wide range of industries from Water Treatment to Stone Crushing, and on all contracts they work very closely with our clients to ensure we understand all their wishes and concerns prior to design/manufacture.

Our design office is equipped with the very latest CAD (Autocad Electrical) and printing technology enabling our engineers to efficiently produce drawings to the latest standards and client specifications. As part of our standard offering the client will be issued with Schematic, General Arrangement and Terminal Arrangement drawings, either electronically or hard paper copies depending on the contract requirements.

All drawings have full cross reference functionality detailing as a minimum relay/timer contact utilisation, sheet to sheet equipotential wire numbering, ratings of major components, both Internal and External General Arrangement layouts and full wiring/panel specifications both for the benefit of the client and for the Paktronic assembly engineers during the construction process.

Once the project has been reviewed and released for manufacture the CAD system automatically produces the Bill of Materials from the schematic drawings allowing procurement of the panel components quickly and efficiently.
